About me: Marley Welsh is a Senior Associate at Lee & Associates Chesapeake Region. Marley has been in the commercial real estate industry for 5 years. After graduating from Rutgers University in 2011, Marley began her commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield as a Marketing Professional. Marley joined Lee & Associates the day its Maryland office doors opened in April 2013 to begin her career as an Associate in the selling and leasing of commercial real estate. In 2016 Marley was promoted to Senior Associate and focuses on Industrial and Flex buildings in the Baltimore/Washington area.
