Building Details:

Powderhorn Peninsula is located in Harrison, ID.

Powderhorn Ranch is an approved second home community located along the southeastern portion of Lake Coeur d’Alene in the historic village of Harrison, Kootenai County, in North Idaho. The property is approximately 1,760 acres and the last major privately owned property with significant lake shoreline. The property is currently unimproved with entitlements allowing for up to 1,300 residences and full access and use of the 26-mile-long lake.

The Powderhorn Ranch property is the largest privately owned property with extensive frontage on Lake Coeur d’Alene and that lies outside of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s Reservation. Powderhorn Ranch is uniquely positioned in being the only truly lakefront oriented development opportunity of this scale in the area. While there are two existing second home golf course communities located in the area, neither have direct lake frontage as part of their main property. The property is gently rolling on the upper portion of the peninsula with slopes and benches going down to the lake. The property includes over 7,000 feet of lake frontage generally facing to the south and southwest and with some portions also located in Powderhorn Bay on the northern portion of the property.
