I've recently signed a lease on an artist studio with a sound designer and we are looking for another person to join our collaborative art-space. The room is roughly 1,100 square feet right off of the el and Metra at Wilson and Ravenswood. Our ideal space-mate would be someone who is also in the arts or is interested in working together on projects though this is not necessary. Please feel free to check out both of our websites to get a better idea of the kind of art that will be created in the space. The total rent is $1,130.00/month plus utilities. We are looking for someone to split this with three ways ($376.67/month). The space is enormous as seen in the photos with tons of potential.
