Park North Development LLC is the owner and developer of this new mixed use project. The plans for the immediate area include an adjacent 14 lot business park with lot sizes ranging from 1 acre to 20 acres. The retail portion of this project has gotten underway in 2010.  The first lot has been sold to a bank branch of Ocean Communities Credit Union, which is currently under construction.
