It will be serviced by public water and sewer, and will include an extensive network of active walking/biking trails throughout the open space reserves and to local neighborhoods, as well as a clubhouse with fitness area and swimming pool. Public transportation will be available from Upper Valley Transit Authority, with a bus stop proposed within the development site.
