Hollis Village Marketplace was developed as a small town New England gathering place with five separate condominium buildings to accommodate retail, professional and business clients servicing the local community. Building One consists of 11,065 SF and is 100% occupied by Harvest Market, the town’s only full-service grocery store.

Building Three consists of 8,250 SF and is tenanted by the preschool academy, medical practice and the long-established Hollis Market Diner. Hollis Market Diner was one of the original tenants in the center.

The Association requires a 75% vote in order to mandate any changes to the current structure.
