Located within the I-93 Manchester/Concord corridor, Granite Hill is just 50 miles from Boston via I-93. While many commuters make this daily trip, many others make a lesser commute of only 25 miles to communities along the Massachusetts/New Hampshire border.

The subject parcel was a portion of Phase II South, known as the Preserve, which was approved in 2007 and 2008 for 178 villa type condominium units in (40) 4 unit buildings and 91 cluster house lots on 281 acres.

None of these units were constructed. The developer at the time was foreclosed on and the current owners acquired title to the portion of the project consisting of the subject 201 acre parcel, which is shown on the perimeter plan included in this offering package.
