The offering also includes all golf course and community maintenance equipment and vehicles, golf cart leases, restaurant and bar fixtures, as well as the New Mexico liquor license.

This offering also includes 104 fully finished lots, 99 partially-finished lots and PUD entitlements for approximately 1,335 future lots planned in ten additional neighborhoods. The Turtleback Mountain Resort Project also includes two 5-acre commercial parcels and a 13-acre hotel parcel.
