This manufacturing plant consists of a building totaling ±362,499 SF on a 50 acre site in Los Lunas, NM. Please note there is up to 60 acres of adjoining land available as expansion land. The site features an office and break area of 24,206 SF with an assembly room large enough for all employees of this facility to congregate. Space is available for possible futire expansion of 200,000 SF+/-. Natural light from large skylights above the manufacturing space fills the area with light during all times of the day. This building also features a 60,000 SF finishing room in which products are able to move through a complex system of conveyors. The result of this building’s creative engineering is a better quality structure, lower initial costs, and lower secondary costs in air conditioning and the humidification system.
