THE ELLIOTT BARKER HOUSE
ELLIOTT was an author, photographer, and the first Commissioner of New Mexico Department of Wildlife and Game. He is responsible for the naming of Smoky Bear and left an esteemed legacy in New Mexican history. The home was built in 1907 and renovated in 2005.
