On the floors above, spacious open plans feature original concrete finishes on floors, columns, and ceilings while providing open, flexible workspace possibilities. The buildings freestanding design unusual for the location and period guarantees 10 tall windows and magnificent views from all sides as well as from a new rooftop terrace.

New opportunities for two-story retail exist at both street and avenue levels and the district as a whole is geared towards high-end shopping and dining options, certain to become a destination for locals and visitors alike. In addition to retail, the neighborhood will incorporate The Shed, a new eight-level gallery and performing arts center designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and featuring a retractable roof and events space.
