223 E Market St is located in Johnson City, TN.

Building #1: St. Mary’s Church was established in 1900. The Robert Burrow estate, located on East Market Street, was purchased by Father Callahan on December 21, 1906. A small white chapel at that location was the first building for St. Mary’s congregation. The current structure, built in 1931, is a replica of a church in France. St. Mary’s Catholic Church relocated in 1990. Featuring historic European architecture, this beautiful brick Cathedral has a magnificent “Rose” stained glass window and twenty plus cathedral shaped windows that cast a warm glow onto the marble aisle. The Cathedral is a 4,200 sq ft venue with a seating capacity up to 200 and features amber brick interior walls, stained glass pendant lighting and arched doorways.

Building #2: Historic Brick 3,100 sq ft Estate House is street front and was built in the early 1900's, completely renovated with tons of potential for a spa, restaurant, bed & breakfast, or any other business or to be used as rental property. It is currently used as floral shop, office and 2-3 bedroom apartment upstairs. This would make a perfect restaurant facility.

Building #3: Built in 2011, the Ballroom features cathedral ceilings, sheer draping, crystal lighting, hand stained "old world" flooring, and 4,000 sq ft for dining and dancing. The Ballroom includes ballroom tables, chairs, chair covers, and colored fabric draping. The venue has an open floor plan with a ton of possibilities for other special events.
