Home to the U.S. National Laboratory and Y-12 Complex, Oak Ridge draws from a trade area in excess of 100,000 residents. The redevelopment also includes 150 multifamily residences, a Class-A office building and hotel. Upon completion, the development and adjoining retailers will comprise over 600,000 square feet of retail space.

Demolition of the existing mall and redevelopment is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2015.
