Main Street - Oak Ridge is a 58-acre redevelopment of the Oak Ridge Mall which will include the addition of 225,000 square feet of national retail anchors, shops and restaurants adjacent to existing retailers Belk, Staples, JC Penney, Cinemark Theaters and Wal-Mart Supercenter. Upon completion, the development and adjoining retailers will comprise over 600,000 square feet of Class A Retail. Home to the U.S. National Laboratory and Y-12 Complex, Oak Ridge draws from a trade area in excess of 100,000 residents. The redevelopment also includes 150+ multifamily residences and a hotel.

Demolition of the existing mall and redevelopment is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2015. Tenant delivery is scheduled for 3rd quarter 2016.
