The Page Building is a restoration project of a historic 1930's building located in downtown Panama City. The building was constructed in 1937 by local businessman, A. W Page, and . It was one of downtown Panama City's most modern commercial buildings in its early days. That distinction was highlighted by the Page Building being one of the first in the region to provide the comfort of air-conditioning to its occupants. A.W. Page sold the building in 1943 to the local Carpenter Union, and the building took the honor of the Union's profession as The Carpenter Building. The Carpenter Building continued to be a prominent building during WWII and housed several military-related offices. Today the partners of Harrison & Luverne seek to restore the building to its prominence as a key redevelopment project for the revitalizing downtown Panama City.
