2052 N. Halsted is positioned at the intersection of Halsted and Dickens in the very dense and affluent Lincoln Park neighborhood. One of Chicago’s most popular areas, Lincoln Park is bounded by North Avenue, Diversey Parkway, Ashland Avenue, and Lake Michigan. The neighborhood boasts almost every conceivable type of shop, restaurant, or entertainment form one can imagine. Halsted Street, where 2052 N. Halsted is located, is a primary north-south thoroughfare for the eastern portion of the City. It is heavily used and considered an important artery for retail, residential, entertainment and recreation uses in the surrounding area.
