Share office space in a dynamic environment with other creative, awesome folks! We currently have four spaces available at our gorgeous office located in the historic Kinzie Industrial Corridor. Work alongside a busy design/build company, a truly amazing hospitality business, and a bonkers talented interior design firm!

One of the spaces is shown (orange/pinky couch, ficus that needs watering, both of which will be moved upon your arrival), and the others are currently being tidied up and made ready for you! We offer a shared common area, kitchenette, printing facilities (including a plotter), and conference room. We are looking for $750 a month per approximately 230 sq. ft. open space (that already includes utilities) with a yearly lease agreement. However, for the right person or company, we are willing to negotiate. Especially if you are looking to procure all three spaces.

Additionally, we have a large private office available for $950.00 per month. This price also includes utilities.

On top of the beautiful, bright office setting, we offer other perks. We all co-host a monthly(ish) networking/socializing event!
