Primary access to the subject property is provided by US highway 98, which is located approximately 3.5 miles to the south.

There are existing improvements including an 8,100 SF pre-fab metal building, concrete pads and footers for foundations and partially complete concrete pillars. Approximately 80 acres of the site is fenced.
