This land is being offered only for lease – not purchase. The owner will consider a build to suit arrangement for a national tenant, but the offering is primarily that of a land lease. The total tract is approximately ten acres and there is direct access to Highway 17 via an existing NCDOT fence opening. The land is offered for lease at $30,000 per acre per year. It is doubtful that a company will wish to lease multiple acres, but a price can be negotiated to accommodate such an arrangement should there be an interest from a tenant. A more likely scenario would be that someone would want just an acre to 1.5 acres and the lease would be determined by the actual size of the land requirement.
