1,500 Square Foot Office Space For Lease @ 525 Vine St - Available Space

525@Vine, the newest phase of the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, is now leasing both Class-A office and lab space for occupancy in early 2014. This 232,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility will also contain an innovation accelerator that brings together leading corporations and highly innovative companies. This is one of several historic buildings that will comprise the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, an urban research park in downtown Winston-Salem consisting of 145 developable acres and six million square feet of space. Originally built in 1925 by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Wake Forest University Health Services acquired the building in 2005 and it is now being fully redeveloped by Wexford Science and Technology according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards.
