About me: Julia Silva Rettig has been active in Tampa Bay commercial real estate since 1992, she leads the Davis Industrial Team and represents over 4.2 million square feet of industrial real estate in Central Florida. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield she was directly responsible for the leasing and development of both industrial and office properties for some of the largest public and private real estate operators in the country including Prologis, Duke and Liberty Property Trust. There she had direct project specific leasing responsibilities as well as overall responsibility for those firms’ local marketing groups. Julia joins the company after overseeing the leasing and management for the Tampa operation of the Penn Florida Companies' $50 million dollar office portfolio. There she repositioned the assets and improved occupancy in one asset from 20% to 85% percent over the past year.
