About me: As the Broker and Owner of Realteam Realty, Inc. located in Clermont and Groveland, Florida. I grew up on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, and moved to Groveland, FL in 1998. While in Maryland I developed and renovated small commercial buildings, many residential properties, owned multiple rental units, purchased, and of course sold these. I was an appointee to Anne Arundel County, Maryland's 'Planning and Zoning Committee' as a 'Small Area Planner'. For a span of 15 years, my husband and I owned and operated two different, very successful retail stores.
