About me: To represent all office users, specifically healthcare groups (hospitals, physicians, dentists, vets) with all aspects of their real estate needs. This includes: New Lease, Lease Renewal, New Site Selection, Expansions / Downsizing, Subleasing, Market Analysis, Lease Review, and Real Estate Investments. In every aspect of commercial real estate (Office, Retail, Industrial) each side of the transaction is represented by an agent. In Healthcare Real Estate this is not the case. Previously, as a Landlord rep on most of the Norton Campus’ throughout Louisville, I only had 2 instances of a Tenant being represented by a broker and I have completed more than 100 transactions. Now I am in a position to be a resource for all healthcare groups with their real estate needs and to ensure they are making the right decision on building sales, location, rent, space planning, etc.
