About me: Sid Bhatt, CCIM , began his commercial brokerage career in Myrtle Beach where he won awards for Top Listing and Sales Leader. Prior to being a commercial broker, Bhatt worked for over 20 years in sales and marketing management. He was instrumental in implementing several corporate real estate projects across US and Canada.
He was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010. He is licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina but works on deals across US, Canada and Asia.
